What is the Management app?
The OnlineAfspraken.nl Management App is free and specifically designed for smartphones (iOS and Android) and tablets. With this Management App, you can easily view, book, and edit all appointments from different employees. You can also access the customer database, allowing you to always view and manage customer information. For companies with multiple employees, it’s possible to give each user a separate login. You can then set whether the user can only see their own calendar or also view other calendars. The owner (admin) can view all calendars on their smartphone or tablet.

Additional options
In the Management App, you can view, edit, and delete appointments on a weekly, monthly, or daily basis. Appointments can also be displayed in a list view. To switch between views, tap the three dots in the top right corner. You can, of course, also book new appointments — both online and offline. In the latter case, the app will automatically update once you’re back online.
In the “Customers” screen, you can view and edit clients, and book new appointments directly from the customer card. You can also view the messages sent to clients, as well as subscriptions or punch cards, appointment history, purchases, and client forms. This gives you everything in one clear overview.
Under the “Account” tab, you can view and edit your own details if needed. You can also enable 2FA for extra security. The entire Management App is available in English, and you can choose to use it in dark mode as well.
