Setting up 2FA in the Management app

For extra security, it’s possible to enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) in the Management App. Here you’ll find an instruction video (in Dutch) on how to enable it. In the example video, an iPhone is used together with Google Authenticator. In the video, the process starts immediately upon opening the section. This has since been improved with an additional button, “Link with Two-Factor Authentication,” to prevent accidental activation.

iOS

  1. To set up 2FA, log in to the Management App and go to Account.
  2. Scroll to the section “Enable Two-Factor Authentication.” Open this section and click the button “Link with Two-Factor Authentication.”
  3. Click “Register your device.”
  4. You will be taken to Settings > Passwords on your iPhone.
  5. Tap Password Options.
  6. Select the desired authenticator at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Return to the Management App and click “Register your device” again.
  8. (For Google Authenticator) when adding a token, click “Yes.”
  9. Copy the code, enter it, or paste it into the Management App.
  10. 2FA is now enabled in the Management App.
