Appointment status (waiting room)
It is possible to indicate the current status of an appointment (waiting room feature). This feature is useful, for example, if a practitioner/instructor wants to view the current presence status. The waiting room feature is available from the Pro package.
To set a status, go to the agenda and then to the appointment of the relevant client. Then click on the appointment and adjust the status by clicking 'Add'. In Management Information, you can filter by status if desired.

In the following screen, you can indicate the correct status: Present, Appointment in progress, Appointment is done, Absent without notice, or Absent with notice. The status is then displayed in the calendar using icons. You can also see the appointment status when hovering over the appointment with the mouse.

It is possible to generate a printout of the attendance list. To do this, go in the backend to Agenda and then to 'Management Information' on the left side. Click on 'Advanced search' and select the date and appointment type. Then look in the 'Status' row. In the top right, you will find the options to print and export.
