Activating the app
The consumer app is a convenient tool for regular customers to quickly book an appointment on their smartphone or tablet. The consumer app costs €108 per year excluding VAT, and includes both an Android and iPhone web app with your own logo. Your logo will appear as an app icon on smartphones and tablets.
A web app allows us to implement security and functionality updates within the system. The functionality is otherwise exactly the same as a “native” app in the Android Play Store or Apple App Store.
You can request the app package in just a few steps by going to Settings > Your subscription in the backend. Then click on ‘Activate the app package.’ After ordering the package, please send us your logo in a square JPEG format via email to info@onlineafspraken.nl.
Note: Send us your logo as soon as possible. Without your logo, we cannot create the app for you.
Within one business day, the app for both iPhone and Android will be ready, and you will receive an email with instructions. Customers can place both the Android and iPhone app directly on their phones, for example from your own website. You can also share the direct links we provide in the instruction email so customers can download the app directly from the links. Additionally, we will provide the code for an app widget, which you can place near the booking widget on your website. Here’s an example:

Android
- Customers click the "Download for Android" button in the app widget.
- The app opens in the Chrome or Android browser.
- Customers tap the three dots at the top.
- Select "Add to Home screen" – the app is now on the phone with your company logo.
- Customers log in once (if user accounts are enabled) and stay logged in.
iOS
- Customers click the "Download app for iPhone" button in the app widget.
- The app opens in the Safari browser (recommended; other browsers like Microsoft Edge or Chrome for iOS may also work).
- Customers tap the share icon (square with an arrow) at the bottom.
- Select "Add to Home Screen" – the app now appears on the phone with your company logo.
- Customers log in once (if user accounts are enabled) and remain logged in.
