Working with multiple locations

There are different options for using multiple locations / regions, for example, you can choose to include the locations in the category (this can be done from the Solo package), use the location as a resource or work with multiple accounts.

There are therefore several options for setting up an account, whereby the structure (and order) is always as follows:

- Facility
- Appointment type
- Resource / employee

How you use these options, what names they are given and how many are shown to the customer can be chosen, but the appointment type is shown to the customer in all situations.

Some examples

Customers working with facilities: Rijnstreek Verwarming and Persoonlijk Styling Advies. Customers working with resources: Casade and Glawa.

With the category option, the customer can first choose his location and the same employee can be deployed at multiple locations. It is important to see the different ways in which companies use the system for the locations; one uses the resource for the location (Casade), the other the category (Rijnstreek Heating). For the version with categories, the appointment types must be created per category.

You can create a user for each resource and assign certain rights, you can read more about that here.
