Dossier visible to client

It is possible in OnlineAfspraken.nl to make the consumer dossier fully or partly visible to your clients in their client portal or Consumer app. To do this, go to Consumers > Click a consumer > Dossier tab. Add a note, dossier form or attachment. You will then see a lock icon in the rule of the element you just added. Press it to switch an element to visible or invisible. The element will now be visible in the client portal. In the consumer card, it looks like this: 

 

When a consumer subsequently logs in to their client portal, they will be able to see a dossier tab in the top bar. In this tab, the consumer can find the elements that you have made visible in the consumer card through the locked or unlocked setting. They can also view and download it (regarding a dossier form). Below is an example of what this would look like. 

Please note: To make this visible for the consumer, it is required that the consumer has a consumer account. Through the account, the system can recognize that it is this consumer that the dossier element is connected to. 

The client portal in which the consumer can log in with the client account is accessible through the link found under Settings > Inframe widgets > Consumer login page.
