OnlineAfspraken.nl has developed an API (Application Programming Interface) with which appointments can be centrally forwarded and collected on OnlineAfspraken.nl. The service provider who wants his clients to make appointments online can also implement the service on their own website.

Whom is this API intended for?

The API is intended for IT companies that want to use the appointment system of OnlineAfspraken.nl. IT companies that already have their own agenda can use the API to accept appointments via the internet in a fast and secure way. These appointments are placed in the existing agenda via the API and open times can be released to be booked online. Customers continue to work with the current agenda.

Possibilities

  • Opening times on the internet (visible both via the website of OnlineAfspraak.nl and via the customer's own website)
  • Send appointment data to the online agenda
  • Import data from new customers
  • Synchronize the online agenda with the local agenda

Our system is applicable to both solo practices (single agenda and employee) and group practices (multiple agendas and employees, customer, agenda and appointment type link, etc.) and offers support for regular, intake and combination agreements. The API uses the REST protocol.

Ways of participating

Basic (one-way): the customer can automatically transfer available appointment data. These can be requested by consumers on Onlineafspraken.nl. Consumers can view their appointment details online 24/7. Consumers are reminded of their appointments by e-mail and text message.

Advanced (two-way): The customer can automatically send available appointment data and times. Consumers can book an appointment directly on onlineafspraken.nl. (New) customer- and appointment details are added to the client's agenda application.
