General conditions and Privacy statement

Within OnlineAfspraken.nl you can specify your general terms and conditions and / or privacy statement if desired, so that customers must agree to this before they can book an appointment online.

You can set the terms and conditions by going to Settings > Forms > Terms and conditions. You can include them via a PDF that you can upload in our system directly or via a link to the general conditions (if you have them on your own website).

As shown in the picture, the terms and conditions are shown when booking an appointment. The customer must check that they have been read and approved. You can determine whether the customer has to accept the conditions again with every appointment or whether this is necessary only once for each customer (this only works when working with user accounts).

In addition to the terms and conditions, you can also request approval of having read your privacy statement under Settings > Forms> Privacy statement. The privacy statement can only be set upon registration, not for every appointment. You can also set that the customer does not have to explicitly agree to this, but that this is done automatically when the customer makes a booking. In that case the customer does not have to place a check mark, but is only visually informed about the privacy statement.

Customer card
On a customer's customer card you can see if and which conditions the customer has accepted. To do this, go to Customers > Search for a customer and click on the name, see image.
