Zapier-integration
With the Pro-package, you will be able to use a Zapier-integration.
Through this integration you can use Zapier as a connector between two software packages to exchange or send client, appointment and sales data to an external software package. For example, you can add new OA clients as subscribers or contacts in Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign or adding new or updated clients as leads in Salesforce.
To set up the Zapier-integration, you will naturally need a Zapier account. Log in to your Zapier account. Subsequently, in OnlineAfspraken go to Settings > Integrations > Zapier. The screen below will be shown:
Carefully read the information on this page regarding Zapier's use. In the list of Zap Templates, select the Zap you would like to set up by clicking it. A Zap is the process in Zapier that is used to make a connection between the two software packages. In this case, one of these software packages is OnlineAfspraken, the other being Mailchimp for example, depending on the programma you would like to exchange data with.
Please note: To set up a Zap and make the connection, both programmes need to be available on the Zapier Platform. OnlineAfspraken is available, but there is a possibility that the program you would like to connect with is not. Also, a Zap Template is required to establish the connection between OnlineAfspraken and the external program. Is the program or specific process you would like to connect with not listed on the list of Zap Templates? Please apply to us via info@onlineafspraken.nl. - We can then review whether this Zap Template can be added.
