When a staff member (temporally) stops working
In the case of staff member that is (temporally) going out of service, you are able to set the staff member on inactive or delete the staff member.
If you would like to set a staff member on inactive, you go to Manage > Resources. Subsequently click on 'Edit' (little notepad with pen) at the relevant staff member. At 'Status' you can enter that your staff member is 'Disabled'. Next you enter at 'Inactivation date resource' until when your staff member will be employed and possibly the reason.
If you want to delete the resource definitively, you click on the little bin next to the name of the resource. Subsequently you can check what you want to do with the appointments of this resource: uncouple of the appointments of this resource, or delete the appointments of this resource. It is also possible here to enter that you would like to keep the appointments that are paired up to another resource. Subsequently tick 'Yes, I'm sure that I want to delete this resource' and click on 'Delete Resource' at the bottom.
If the staff member also has an active User Account, it is important to delete this. For this, go to Settings > Users.
Warning! If you delete a resource it is not possible to reverse this action. No appointments (history) of this resource can be retrieved.
