Waitinglist

With the waiting list function, customers can be put on a waiting list when the agenda is fully booked. To activate the waiting list, go to Settings > Extra functionality > Waiting lists in the backend. Choose an internal waiting list (where you call or email the customer yourself when an available time slot comes up) or an external waiting list (system automatically mails the customer). Then indicate how far the waiting list looks ahead in availability, this can be useful if you do not want the customer to receive an email if, for example, a place becomes available in a month from now.

The waiting list function can be used in the booking widgets: portrait, landscape, with steps, cafeteria and timetable.

Tip: if you use the timetable booking widget, you can indicate this in the settings of the waiting lists. This allows customers to view the waiting list for one specific lesson.

After you have enabled the waiting list, the waiting list overview will automatically be visible. To do this, go to Agenda and to the left of the agenda you will see a blue Waiting lists button. Here you will find an overview of all customers who are registered on a waiting list. When a customer has been put on the waiting list, a bell icon is displayed. When there is an available place for the customer on the waiting list, the bell icon will become fully white.


    

In the booking widget the link "Put me on the waiting list" is automatically added under the available times.
