Sent messages to customers
If you want to know which messages have been sent to your customers, you go to Manage > Messages > Sent Messages. You are also able to set a filter here, so you can search on name and type of message.
It is also possible to view the sent messages through the customer card. Go to Customers and search for the relevant customer. When you find the customer you can click on the name in blue or on the little cloud with the little cross behind the name. Subsequently the customer card will be shown. At 'Messages' you will find all messages that have been sent to the customer.
If you click an appointment in the agenda, the details of the appointment will be shown. On the right side you can find also more information about the sent messages.
