Birthday SMS and / or birthday mail

Het is mogelijk om een verjaardagssms en/of verjaardagsmail naar klanten te sturen. Indien je gebruik maakt van de Kassa-module kun je eventueel ook een kortingscode meesturen.

To send a birthday text you have to order credits. To do this, go to Manage > Messages > Order credits.

To set the birthday SMS and / or birthday mail, go to Manage > Mailings in the backend and click: Create new campaign. Here you can give the mailing a name and choose mail or sms. For the message type you choose mail / sms for birthday.

You can set the text in the next step. You can optionally add variables and / or a discount code.

You can then set the recipients and the day on which the mail or text message must be sent in the step that follows.

Important: the mail and / or sms will only be sent when the customer's date of birth is entered. An SMS is only sent when the mobile number is also entered.
