SMS Message
You are able to send messages to your customer by means of an SMS. If you would like to use the sending of SMS messages, you can order credits for this. To order SMS credits, in the backend you go to Manage > Messages > SMS Account > Order Credits. The price of the credits are as following:
- 100 credits € 15,- (€ 0,15 per SMS)
- 500 credits € 70,- (€ 0,14 per SMS)
- 2.000 credits € 260,- (€ 0,13 per SMS)
- 5.000 credits € 600,- (€ 0,12 per SMS)

SMS messages that can be sent:
- Appointment reminder
- Appointment confirmation
- Appointment cancellation confirmation
- Confirmation code
- Booking confirmation
- Birthday message
If you don't want a phone number to be shown in the sent SMS messages you go to Manage > Messages > SMS account and tick 'SMS active'. Next you can edit the sender in the text box (max. 11 letters or 16 figures). If you do not tick 'SMS active', the mobile number of your company will automatically be used, if this is entered at the company details.
