Sending attachments
It is possible to add (an) attachment(s) to automatic messages. For example, add an attachment to an appointment confirmation. In the backend, you go to Manage > Messages > Attachments and click on 'Add Attachement' Upload the attachment and give in a description and a file name.
For the Pro-package: Upward of the Pro-package, it is possible to set the messages for which an attachment should be added. For this, go to the relevant appointment type through Manage > Services and click on 'Edit' (little notepad with pen). Subsequently scroll down and at 'Message for this appointment type', you indicate which message should be sent and what attachment(s) should be sent along. After this, click on 'Save' at the bottom.
