Period to book appointments and cancelation
For each appointment type you can indicate the maximum period in which a customer can book an appointment before the appointment takes place. It is also possible to set the minimum time before an appointment can take place.
You can set whether a customer can cancel his own appointment. If you do this, you can also set a minimum time for cancellation, for instance two days before the appointment takes place.
Go to Manage > Services and click on 'Edit' (little notepad and pen) at the appointment type you want to set. If you scroll a little bit down, you will read 'Minimum time for appointment', 'Maximum time for appointment' and 'Minimum time for cancellation'. Here you can enter the preferred periods.
The period in which a customer is allowed to book an appointment is put on six months by default. This means that customers can book ahead for a maximum of six months.
The feature 'The customer is able to cancel his own appointments' is put on, by default. It is possible to turn this off, so that customers are not able to cancel their own appointments.
