Merging customer accounts
In case one customer has been registered twice, you can merge these accounts.
Go to Customers > Merge Customers. Look up the two customers that you want to merge and tick these. Subsequently also tick one of the customer codes that you want to keep. Next, you choose which details you want to save; account, customer name, date of birth, address, phone number and email address among others. When you have made a selection of the customer details you click on 'Undouble Selected Customers'. The two customer accounts have now been merged into one.
