Consumer Groups

You can use Consumer Groups with OnlineAfspraken.nl if you have appointments that can be booked by different groups of clients, such as children and adults. The customer can then book this at the same time via 1 booking for a number of people specified by you. You can also make a distinction in price between different customer groups using advanced price settings.

To be able to use customer groups you must first activate the "Book for more people at once plugin". To do this, go to Settings> Extra functionality and save it.

After switching on, go to Manage > Appointment types and click on "edit" (pencil) for the relevant appointment type. Under the "several people" tab you can either directly enter a total or click on add group. At add group you can define which consumer group is allowed. For example, there could be a distinction between Adults and Children. After creating, you can set the minimum and maximum for each consumer group (in our example, a minimum of 2 adults is required but the total is a maximum of 4 people).
