Dossiers in the Consumer app

It is possible for a consumer to see his consumer dossier, saver passes, past and future appointments in his own Consumer app. After the consumer logs in, he can go to Mijn account in the app. Here, he will able to see the following: 

The consumer can see which saver passes he has and how many credits are left on these saver passes. 

Under "Mijn dossier" he will be able to see dossier elements that you have made visible for him. Here you can read more about making dossier elements visible. Through this, you can make important notes, forms and files visible to the consumer. The consumer then has access to this at any given time and place, as this will be available in his own Consumer app on his smartphone. The consumer can, apart from viewing them, also download forms as a PDF.
