Customer subscription and strip card

You are able to create different strip cards and customer subscriptions. You are able to allow your customers to pay by means of automatic collection or online payment. The Subscriptions can be paired to the appointment types of your wish. The customers as well as you yourself are able to check the current balance of the strip card. This plug-in also offers an overview per customer and his or her activities during this period.

It is important to first activate the plug-in for strip card and subscription. This feature is available upward of the Grow-package. For this, you go to Settings > Extra Functionalities in the backend. Subsequently scroll down and tick the box at 'Strip card/subscriptions/permissions'. After this, you click on 'Save' at the bottom.

After setting up the plug-in, you go to Manage > Subscriptions. After this, you click on 'New'. Subsequently walk through the different tabs:

Basic Data: add a name to the subscription/strip card, possibly a description and benefits.

Registration: here you can activate a payment module. For example, choose iDeal payment for a strip card and automatic collection for a subscription. More information about the automatic collection you can find here. You also indicate here whether the subscription should be automatically renewed and you can enter an expiration date.

Payment: Here you enter the value and the VAT percentage.

Services: Here you can indicate which services can be booked with the made subscription/gift card.

Consumers: It is possible to pair consumers to the subscription, so that they are allowed to use the subscription for booking their appointments. By ticking the box in front of their name, the relevant customer get registered.
