Appointment notifications

If a customer books or cancels there will be send a notification to the staff member, if activated. To send notifications, it is important that the notification is set under Settings > Settings > Notifications.

At the same time it is important that it is indicated per staff member whether or not a notification should be sent. Go to Manage > Resources and click on 'Edit' (little notepad with pencil) at the staff member that should receive the notification. Next, you tick 'Send SMS notification for appointments of this resource' and/or 'Send email notification for appointments of this resource'.
