Connecting appointments
For setting up connecting appointments you first go to Settings > Extra functionality and tick the option 'Connecting Appointments' and click on 'Save' at the bottom.
Go to Manage > Services and select the appointment type for which connecting appointments are applicable. Next, click on 'Edit' (little notepad and pen), scroll a little bit down and tick 'Connecting Appointments'. Next, you can choose the behavior for days with an appointment and days without an appointment.
The option 'Connecting Appointment' works as following:
1. If on a day there is not yet an appointment in the agenda, the customer is shown all available timeslots.
2. As soon as there is an appointment in the agenda, the customer is only shown the time just before and just after the scheduled appointment.
You can also tick 'Show timeslots on available blocks'. This only has effect if there has been made more than one available block on a day. For example, in the morning and in the afternoon with a break in the middle. If there is only scheduled one appointment in the morning, still all available timeslots in the afternoon will be shown with this feature. As soon as an appointment in the afternoon is made, only timeslots just before and just after this appointment will be shown.
With the feature 'First Possibility' or 'Last Possibility' only the first or last timeslot will be shown to the customer.
