Activate

The consumer app is a handy tool for regular customers to quickly make an appointment on their smartphone and tablet. The consumer app costs € 108,- (VAT not included). For this you get an Android and iPhone app with your own logo. Your logo will be shown as an icon on smartphones and tablets.

You can order the App-package in a few steps by going to Settings > Your Subscription in the backend and clicking on 'Activate the App-package'. After you have ordered the package we would like to receive your logo in .JPEG format. You can send this in an email to info@onlineafspraken.nl. 

Within two days the app will be ready for use on iPhone and Android devices. You will receive an email with instructions from us. Customers can download the Android and the iPhone app directly on their phone from for example your website. You are also able to send the links that we provide you with in an instruction email to your clients, so that they can download the app by following these links. You will also receive a code of the so called app widget. This image can be put near the booking widget on your website. Here you can view an example:

Android device: Customers can click on the "Download app for Android" button, after which the app will open on their phone. A download instruction will show, one can press the options button in the mobile browser and then add the app to the home screen. The app is then downloaded and ready for use. It is subsequently always available on the customers' device. 

iOS Device: Customers should click on 'Download App for iPhone' in the app widget. We suggest using Safari to be able to install the app in the correct way. Steps for setting up the app on iPhone:
Step 1: Open the app in Safari. A popup screen will appear with the text 'Install this web app on your iPhone'.
Step 2: Click on 'Put on Start Screen'.
Step 3: You can change the name of the app if you would like so
Step 4: After Clicking on 'Add', you will see that your own app has been added on the start screen of your iPhone.
