Interest groups

For years, many large interest groups have been using our online scheduling system for booking appointments, both in-person and (online) phone consultations. These organizations often use a custom frontend, which operates based on our API module.

Our system has many features that are useful for such organizations. For instance, an appointment confirmation is immediately sent after booking, and the customer receives an appointment reminder. These email notifications are fully customizable in terms of content, as well as the fields requested from clients. For example, the subject of the conversation is often asked so that the advisor can prepare in advance.

Advisors can view appointments on the backend of our system using their own username with specific rights. The calendar is often integrated with tools like Outlook 365 or Gmail, allowing appointments to be viewed and/or managed there.

FNV

OnlineAfspraken.nl has developed a tool in collaboration with Inline Media that allows FNV members to schedule a consultation. Based on location, the tool searches for an FNV branch nearby. The postcode table from Inline Media communicates with OnlineAfspraken.nl via the API.

Vereniging Eigen Huis uses OnlineAfspraken.nl to offer its members the opportunity to schedule an appointment for mortgage advice. Vereniging Eigen Huis has created its own frontend on their website, which is based on our system.
