The Onlineafspraken booking system is frequently used by general practitioner (GP) practices as a service to patients and to reduce the workload of receptionists. Patients also find it very convenient, as they can book directly for a time that suits them. Additionally, the patient receives an appointment confirmation and reminder, which helps prevent no-shows.  

Do you work with a receptionist? In that case, it can also be useful to take advantage of our waiting room feature, where the receptionist can indicate whether the patient has arrived. This is very handy, as it allows you to immediately know who is in the waiting room and helps you manage your workflow more easily, whether the patient is not yet there or if they need to be called in earlier.  

Security is important for Onlineafspraken.nl. We understand that your data and the data of users must be protected, which is why we are ISO 27001 certified and penetration-test approved. We operate with dedicated servers that perform daily backups. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is strictly adhered to by us.
