Driving schools
Our system is very useful for driving schools, both for internal and external use. It makes booking new appointments much easier, which means new customers can easily get in touch with you. As an instructor, you can view your appointments or schedule the next one with a student on the go via the Management app.
While the system doesn't have a location tool, what we often see is that the next student is picked up during the previous lesson. An alternative solution for managing the distance between appointments is to set a buffer time between them.
For existing students, we offer options like lesson cards and subscriptions, which makes payments easier and reduces administrative work. Additionally, if desired, you can allow customers to cancel their appointments through a simple link or within a custom consumer app with your own company name and logo.

With the OnlineAfspraken.nl booking system, potential customers only need to enter their postal code to view the availability of the driving instructor in their region. They can then select the preferred day and time, and the appointment is confirmed. The customer and appointment details are then automatically synchronized with the Rijless.nl system.
As a new customer, you can directly schedule a trial lesson for a car or motorcycle at Verkeersschool Timmer. The lesson schedule module allows you to see the next available slot. You can pay for your spot immediately via iDEAL or choose the "pay later" option when scheduling. The appointment is automatically added to the instructor's agenda, and you will receive a confirmation via email.
MJ Rijschool uses the appointment system for scheduling driving lessons. Both new and existing customers can book a lesson with one of the instructors. The company offers regular customers packages through punch cards, which are available for 10, 20, or 30 lessons.
