Our system is well-suited for offering workshops, which is common in the leisure industry. Companies offer various types of workshops, ranging from crochet to pottery. For such workshops, you can create specific availability with a certain capacity (e.g., allowing up to 15 participants).
You can also enable bookings where multiple people can book simultaneously. This makes it easy for customers to book for a group, such as 4 people. The minimum and maximum group size can be specified for each appointment type.
If you use our Cash Register module, it is also possible to set a variable price for the number of people through price tiers. The price will be automatically generated in the booking widget based on the number of participants entered.

The unique company Kampvuurkok.nl offers workshops in cooking dishes over campfires. Using primitive tools, they provide a one-of-a-kind cooking experience in a relaxed setting. First, a non-binding reservation is made by the customer through the online booking system, after which the company sends an offer. In the clear widget, the company directly communicates the duration of the workshops along with other relevant information.
Workshops at Irene Loonstra Keramiek are offered through the Online Afspraken system. You can book various workshops, such as pottery or ceramic painting. The company uses our step-by-step module, where you can see a fun image and description right away. After selecting your workshop, you can specify how many people will be attending.
At Leathers, you can book one of many workshops in Dordrecht, Zierikzee, or at your location. Each workshop is displayed with an image, along with the duration and cost of the session. The cancellation period is set to 7 days for this company, and this can be determined per appointment type. After selecting a date and time, you can choose whether to pay online immediately or opt for payment by invoice (at an additional cost).
