Trainings
Our system works well for offering training sessions. Various organizations offer all kinds of training, ranging from safety training to chocolate-making courses. For such trainings, you can create specific availability with a set capacity (e.g., up to 15 participants).
You can also work with bookings that allow multiple people to book at once. This makes it easy for customers to directly book for a group of, for example, 4 people. The minimum and maximum group size can be set for each type of appointment.
If you use our POS module, it is also possible to set a variable price based on the number of participants using price tiers. The booking widget will then automatically generate the price for the number of people entered.

At The Belgian Chocolate School, various courses are offered, ranging from a few hours to several days (consecutive). You can learn everything about one of Belgium's favorite specialties under the guidance of a chocolate master. Through the escape room module, available options are displayed, and once a selection is made, you will also see the price immediately.
At Evenwichtig Leven, you can book various courses and workshops through our system. The company uses our schedule module to display all available options in a monthly view. This allows customers to see immediately when the next course or workshop is and if there are still available spots. The company also requires agreement to the terms and conditions via the integrated feature in our system, and online payment is required.
