In addition to appointment booking, OnlineAfspraken also includes a cash register system with a webshop. In the cash module, you can create invoices for customers in your own design. It also allows you to track the cash position, generate reports, and use features like discount codes and gift cards. Having everything in one system is incredibly convenient!
For your staff, you can create individual logins with specific permissions (so they can’t access everything). With these login credentials, employees can access their appointments via our Management app or on a laptop or tablet. You can also set up notifications so staff will be alerted when an appointment is booked with them.

Body & Mind Center offers various types of massages at three different locations, each available in different durations. The type of massage is categorized, with the desired duration being the appointment type. After making these selections, customers can choose a specific therapist.
Massage Sense is an international company with clients from around the world. The booking module is available on both their English and Dutch websites. What makes this company unique is their use of specific appointment types: fixed-value and flexible. With the fixed-value appointment, customers pay upfront, while with the flexible appointment, payment is made on-site (though it's slightly more expensive). Each appointment type has a separate link to our booking module.
