Connect with hundreds of apps.
If you're not familiar with it yet: Zapier is a handy tool that acts as a connector between different applications. The integration with OnlineAfspraken.nl has been around for a while, but in recent months we've significantly expanded its capabilities. It’s now possible to send customer data, appointment details, product information, and even financial data to external tools via the integration.
This makes things even easier for you and your business. Think of automatically sending customer data to mailing tools like Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign, syncing customers with marketing tools like Hubspot, or pushing appointment data to Google Meet so a meeting is scheduled right away. You can also send sales data to analytics or admin tools like Google Sheets.
The Zapier integration offers both so-called triggers and actions. Triggers are events or actions, such as new sales or new customers. Actions are the follow-up steps. For example:
- A new customer signs up via the OA Booking Widget (Trigger).
- Zapier then automatically sends a signal to an external tool (Action), which creates a new customer in the tool of your choice (for example, Mailchimp).
But there's more!
The Zapier integration also offers the ability to automatically import data into OnlineAfspraken.nl when enabled! For example, the integration can send new customers from Shopify and then automatically create consumer profiles in OnlineAfspraken.nl. It’s a two-way interaction: data can be sent to external tools and automatically imported into your OnlineAfspraken.nl system!
That offers possibilities.
The Zapier integration increases the scalability of your business. By easily connecting with external systems that, alongside your online booking system, make your life as an entrepreneur even easier—and managing it all from within OnlineAfspraken—you save a lot of time by avoiding duplicate work across different systems.
