If you offer coaching, you need to make the most of your time. With our booking system, you can focus on your appointments while new ones continue to come in. The system can be used via a direct link, button, and/or integrated into your website. We offer 8 different layouts for the booking module, which can be customized in your company’s colors.
Through the system, both existing and new clients can easily make an appointment. After booking, an automatic confirmation and reminder will be sent, and the text of these notifications can be fully customized to suit your situation. As a coach, you can use your own login and the Management App to view your appointments or link your calendar to Outlook or Google Calendar.
All relevant client information can be stored on a personal client card. This includes: appointments, client details, attachments, and notes. Adding notes to a client card is an efficient way to access information from a previous appointment if permitted and desired.
