VR rooms

In early 2017, the first Virtual Reality (VR) provider in the Netherlands chose OnlineAfspraken. Over time, VR providers have provided us with valuable feedback, enabling us to significantly improve our product for this market.

VR providers often opt for the step-by-step widget in a vertical format, due to its visual representation. The system also takes into account bookings by companies and large groups, offers multiple payment methods, and allows for variable pricing based on factors such as the number of people, days, hours, customer groups, and more.

For marketing activities, we offer options like gift cards, discount codes, mailings, and the ability to track bookings within Analytics. Additionally, it's easy to offer extra products both online and via the on-site checkout. Customers receive invoices that match the look and feel of your business.

Examples:

Amaze VR

At Amaze VR, you can reserve a Virtual Reality escape room through OnlineAfspraken' booking modules. They use the step-by-step module, where you can directly specify the number of people you wish to come with. In addition to reserving the room, you can also purchase cancellation insurance as an additional product.

VR4Play

At VR4play, multiple cubes can be booked, as well as children's parties and school trips. You can also see a good example of the use of multiple appointment types for different durations and arrangements, with peak and off-peak hours applied. In the form where customers enter their details, there is also an option to book for business purposes.
