Universities of applied sciences
The online agenda of OnlineAfspraken is used by many universities of applied sciences in the Netherlands and Belgium. It is utilized for exam registration, scheduling appointments to collect diplomas, or renting materials. Thanks to the multilingual module (Dutch, German, English, and French), it can be used in the language of the course.
Allow students to schedule their own appointments or lessons through the reservation tool. You can use our tool via a direct link, button, or integrated into your website. After booking, an appointment confirmation and reminder are automatically sent. As a teacher or staff member, you can sync the agenda with your Outlook or Google Calendar.
Security is important to OnlineAfspraken.nl. We understand that your data and the data of users need to be protected, which is why we are ISO27001 certified and penetration test approved. We work with dedicated servers that perform daily backups. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is strictly adhered to by us.

Codarts Hogeschool voor de Kunsten
Codarts uses our system via their own domain, allowing the backend of the system to feature their own logo and corporate colors. Students can book an appointment with a specialist at one of the locations or online through the booking module.
Fontys Paramedische Hogeschool
Fontys Paramedical School uses OnlineAfspraken.nl to allow pregnant women to book a free ultrasound appointment at the training institute. As part of the ultrasound training program, students perform ultrasound examinations of pregnant women in the practical classroom.
Karel de Grote University of Applied Sciences uses the OnlineAfspraken system for many departments. It is used for lending ICT services, scheduling study advisory meetings, and booking exams. The system is shared with students via intranet and separate links.
