Our booking system is used by both music and singing schools to schedule lessons. Through the system, students and new clients can easily book an appointment. The teacher receives an email notification about the appointment and can have their own login with restricted access to only view their own appointments.
New clients can schedule a trial lesson 24/7, and existing students can also schedule an appointment or lesson through the booking tool. The tool can be used via a direct link, button, or integrated into your website. After booking, an appointment confirmation and reminder are automatically sent. As a teacher or staff member, you can sync your agenda with Outlook or Google Calendar.
For regular members, we offer options such as punch cards and subscriptions, which simplify payment and reduce administrative work. Additionally, you can allow customers to cancel their appointment through a simple link or within a custom-branded consumer app.
