The reservation system of OnlineAfspraken is widely used by gyms. Based on input from gyms, a class schedule booking module was developed in 2016. In this module, the classes available for athletes to book are shown, including information on the instructor, pricing, and the number of available spots.
In addition to using punch cards, authorizations, and subscriptions, the automatic waitlist feature is also frequently used by gyms. This allows a customer to sign up for the waitlist if a class is full. The system sends a notification to the customers who signed up for that spot as soon as one becomes available.
You can create a unique login for your staff with specific permissions (so the employee doesn’t have access to everything). With these login credentials, the employee can log in to our Admin app, or via laptop or tablet to view appointments. It is also possible to set up notifications so that, for example, the employee will receive a message if an appointment is booked with them.
Examples:
Five Star Coaching primarily focuses on personal training. Athletes can visit the own Five Star Gym or various other locations to work on their health goals. They sign up through the website and then receive information. Afterward, a personalized plan is created, and customers can easily book their appointments and view future appointments via the widget.
At Fit in Altena, you can work on your health. To streamline this, regular customers can directly book an appointment for a training session or treatment through the website. Within the booking module, the specific staff member can even be selected, ensuring you get your preferred trainer.
Radius Gym uses our system to manage Small Group Training sessions. These are clearly displayed in our class schedule booking module. If a class is full, customers can sign up for the waitlist for that specific class. As soon as a spot becomes available, an automatic message is sent to the customers on the waitlist for that class.
