However, since the outbreak of the pandemic, many fashion stores have also been using our online booking system to open their stores by appointment, as well as various platforms.
Retailers often opt for the standing widget, as it allows you to directly select a location (optional), date, and time, or use the step-by-step widget for a more visual representation. It also accounts for the capacity of appointments that can take place simultaneously and allows you to set the duration (e.g., short visit or long visit).
For marketing activities, we offer options such as gift cards, discount codes, mailings, and bookings can be measured within Analytics. Additionally, it is easy to offer extra products both online and at the checkout on-site, and the booking module can be fully customized to match your own look and feel.

Since 2016, Intercity Boutiques has been offering appointments with a stylist at one of their many stores. The company uses our step-by-step standing booking module, where you can choose a boutique (location), followed by an appointment type (e.g., personal styling, private shopping, or a workshop), and finally select a stylist of your preference.

Speksnijder Mode has been a client of OnlineAfspraken since 2022 and operates multiple locations. Speksnijder Mode uses specific widgets on their website linked to each location, ensuring that the widget is always tailored to the specific store, allowing customers to easily and quickly schedule an appointment at the desired location.
