Escaperoom
The very first Dutch Escape Room was added to our records in 2013. Since then, many others have become customers, and currently, around 200 escape rooms use our system. Throughout this time, we have received a lot of input from them, allowing us to significantly improve our product for this market.
We developed a specific escape room widget, making it easy to book multiple rooms at once or consecutively. We’ve also taken into account bookings for companies and large groups, offered many payment methods, and allowed for variable pricing based on factors such as number of people, days, hours, customer groups, and more.
For marketing activities, we offer options such as gift cards, discount codes, and mailings, and bookings can be measured within Analytics. Additionally, it is easy to offer extra products both online and at the point of sale. Customers receive an invoice in the look and feel of your company.
Examples:
DarkPark offers various options across different locations through one website, allowing you to reserve both escape rooms and axe throwing online. This is also a great example of gift card issuance, along with cross-selling within the booking module (in this case, a cancellation insurance).
