OnlineAfspraken.nl introduces OA-Pay!

A wish of many entrepreneurs connected to OnlineAfspraken.nl has recently come true: we now offer our own payment terminals under the name OA-Pay! Of course, it’s a feature we’re extremely proud of — but how exactly does it work? And what are the benefits?

In addition to our Online Booking System, OnlineAfspraken.nl offers several handy features that make life easier for entrepreneurs. Our goal is to provide an all-in-one solution to automate customer and booking processes and support overall optimization.
One of these features is the POS module, which can be used alongside the Online Booking System. It allows entrepreneurs to create invoices, offer a webshop, use gift cards and discount codes, and much more. A common request we’ve received for some time was the ability to integrate with a payment terminal. Without this, users had to manually enter payments both in the POS system and on the payment terminal — a process that’s not only time-consuming but also prone to error.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce a major improvement: in collaboration with Mollie, we now offer OA-Pay — our own payment terminals! This integration allows entrepreneurs to initiate payments directly from OnlineAfspraken.nl, which are then sent straight to the terminal. It makes on-site payments faster and easier, with everything managed from one central system.
So how does it work?
The terminals can be ordered on request!
Entrepreneurs can choose between a Mobile terminal and a Kiosk terminal. The Mobile terminal comes with a 4G SIM card, allowing it to be moved around as needed — ideal if you, for example, walk over to a customer at a table to process a payment. The Kiosk terminal, on the other hand, connects via WiFi or an ethernet cable and is placed at a fixed location, such as your front desk or checkout counter.
The key difference is that the Mobile terminal includes a built-in receipt printer. The Kiosk terminal, in turn, is easy to place next to a computer or laptop with an internet connection, allowing you to keep the OnlineAfspraken.nl POS module open alongside it!
The terminals are directly connected to both the Mollie and OnlineAfspraken.nl accounts.
