Banks and insurance companies

Many banks and insurance companies use our online scheduling system for booking appointments, both in-person and (online) phone consultations. These companies often utilize our standing booking module, where you can directly select your service, date, and time (and optionally a specific advisor).

Our system has many features that are useful for such providers. For example, an appointment confirmation is immediately sent after booking, and the customer receives an appointment reminder. These email notifications are fully customizable in terms of content, as well as the fields requested from customers. For instance, the subject of the conversation is often asked, so the advisor can prepare in advance.

Advisors, staff members, and departments can view appointments on the backend of our system using their own username with specific rights. The calendar is often also integrated with tools like Outlook 365 or Gmail, allowing appointments to be viewed and/or managed there.

VvAA has its own domain at OnlineAfspraken.nl, allowing direct access to different projects and departments with separate accounts. By using their own domain, the backend is also customized to match their branding. For VvAA clients, it is now easy to schedule an insurance scan, advisory session, or initial consultation with one of the advisors, for both business and individual clients.
